The Drowned Bellringer
A tall reed-wrapped figure with a bell-rope for a spine.
The boss of the Bell Pool. A tall reed-wrapped figure with a bell-rope for a spine.
Every frog gets the same experience for it, whatever your own level (only your stamina changes it: half again when rested, half when worn out). When several frogs hurt it, they share it by how much damage each did; a party with shared experience on gets 20 % more, and 10 % more again for each different calling in it.
Where and when
The Bell Pool, in the deep of Reedmarch.
How it fights
Bring friends, and come at low tide: it does not come up in any other water. When it hauls on its own spine two rings of bronze go out, one close and one further off: step through the gap. As it weakens it calls Mirelights to its side. If everyone leaves, it goes back down, healed.
