Rag Rook
It hangs on a scarecrow's crossbar as the scarecrow's coat. In rain, soaked and heavy, it lets go and flies; the scarecrow is left bare with its stuffing hanging.
A rare, flying beast: at most one comes out each spell of rain, and only half the time.
Every frog gets the same experience for it, whatever your own level (only your stamina changes it: half again when rested, half when worn out). When several frogs hurt it, they share it by how much damage each did; a party with shared experience on gets 20 % more, and 10 % more again for each different calling in it.
Where and when
The scarecrow line in Harrowfield's far corn, only after a few minutes of rain. When the rain stops it hangs itself on the nearest scarecrow again, so a different scarecrow wears a coat until dawn.
How it fights
It rises high and shakes the rain off, then dives with its talons. Up close it buffets you with a wet wing that slows you. It can call a few field crows to dive at one frog.
