A long pike's jaw under a back of thatched reed. At rest it is a clump you have already walked past.
Every frog gets the same experience for it, whatever your own level (only your stamina changes it: half again when rested, half when worn out). When several frogs hurt it, they share it by how much damage each did; a party with shared experience on gets 20 % more, and 10 % more again for each different calling in it.

How it fights
Walk within three tiles and the jaw lifts out of the reed: step aside before it dashes. After the lunge, hit or miss, it goes straight back to its spot and lies still again, so you can walk away, or follow it and hit it first.

- Lunge (2 to 3 tiles): the jaw lifts for most of a second, then a short straight dash. Step aside and it misses.
