Given byAbel Tallow, the candle-lighter
WhereWest Road
How it starts
Seven candles. Every dusk I light them. Every dusk, one is already lit.
I'm not complaining. I'm frightened. Politely. Would you watch the shrine for me? At dusk, from the hedge, with no light.
This quest is meant to surprise you. Go and find Abel Tallow first.
