The Roof That Moves

Given byTilde Rivet, the armourer
WhereKhemenu

How it starts

Shoulders like a heron. We'll fix that. Later. First: do you steal roof tiles?
No? Then something else does. I stack twelve spares on the Council scaffold at night. Morning, there's nine. Tiles don't walk.
Go and watch the ruin roofs out in the Quay ward when the light goes gold, before dusk. Something up there is wearing my tiles.

This quest is meant to surprise you. Go and find Tilde Rivet first.
