What people tell you along the way

1. Bardo: “Talk to Mabry at her broken cart, east past the signpost.”
Bardo: “Go and help Mabry. East. She's the one hitting a wheel.”
2. Mabry Fenn: “Use Mabry's hook on the ditch in the Gap. Hold a light over it first (they fold from light), or thin the pack.”
Mabry Fenn: “My oats. In the ditch at the Gap. Hook them out. Light or fists first.”
Mabry Fenn: “In the ditch. Hook it. Light first, or fists first. Not hands. I've got fewer fingers than I'd like.”
3. Mabry Fenn: “The pack is thinner. Use Mabry's hook on the ditch now.”
4. Mabry Fenn: “Bring the sack of oats to Mabry at her cart.”
5. Bardo: “Bardo has something for you. Back to the wayfire.”
Mabry Fenn: “Oats are drying on the cart. The tooth's in my pocket. I don't like it in my pocket.”
